Qualifications

• Former lead sell-side equity analyst or senior equity research associate
• Deep sector knowledge relevant to assigned analysts/companies
• Strong command of filings, earnings releases, transcripts, and estimates
• Advanced understanding of valuation methods and price targets
• Familiarity with internal research publication workflows
• Experience producing post-catalyst research publications

Responsibilities

• Forecast when a named analyst will publish after a company-specific catalyst
• Assess probable form and timing of post-event research updates
• Analyze earnings releases, filings, transcripts, and valuation frameworks
• Document reasoning behind expected publication timing
• Explain internal research workflows and deadlines
• Evaluate how information may affect forecasts, ratings, or targets
• Forecast content of analysts' post-catalyst notes
• Review AI-generated analyses against reference assessments
• Ensure publication timing aligns with professional equity research standards
