You will translate complex rules into precise technical requirements, collaborating with product managers and engineers to ensure accurate design and delivery of equity management features.

The role requires strong communication, analytical rigor, and experience with global equity plans and tax rules.

Qualifications

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 required.
• 5+ years of experience in equity compensation administration or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of global equity plan structures, tax compliance, and ASC 718.

Responsibilities

• Serve as equity domain expert for engineering and product teams.
• Define functional requirements for equity management features (grant administration, vesting, tax, reporting).
• Translate complex equity plan rules into actionable specs for development.
