Johnson Controls seeks an Equipment Systems Application Engineer to support the construction sales team with pre- and post-sales activities on building systems and equipment projects. The role can be remote and involves system configuration, bidding, pricing, and detailed engineering submittals.

The position emphasizes collaboration with Account Executives to ensure profitable execution, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction across diverse projects in the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide pre-sales support including system configuration validation and equipment selection.
• Prepare customer proposals, cost estimates, and quotes with Account Executives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and profitability in collaboration with sales and operations.
• Coordinate equipment orders, submittals, and vendor communications.
• Visit customer sites to ensure delivery and installation alignment with contract requirements.
• Support post-shipment services, start-up, and issue resolution with customers.
