Job summary

Huntington Commercial Bank is seeking an Equipment Finance Portfolio Manager to analyze, assess, and document credit decisions. You will work with Equipment Finance Sales Executives and Regional Credit Officers to ensure underwriting quality and timely approvals in line with Huntington policies.

You will conduct industry and company research, analyze financial statements, prepare credit packages, and participate in credit approval presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in portfolio or relationship management in commercial banking and/or equipment finance.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites, administers, and maintains credit quality for assigned portfolio with team leadership and regional credit officers.
• Uses financial spreading software to analyze year-end and interim statements; applies risk rating models.
• Prepares credit approval documents and presents underwriting findings to stakeholders.
• Evaluates primary credit risks and mitigants; discusses cash flow modifications and reasonableness.
• Calculates cash flow coverage, leverage, and key financial ratios; summarizes deal analysis clearly for decision-makers.
