Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial credit underwriting.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite high quality credit narratives for new and existing loans.
• Spread financial statements and tax returns to analyze trends.
• Assess cash flow from operations and identify recurring sources.
• Research industry trends and risks to inform credit decisions.
• Perform collateral analysis including A/R, inventory, real estate, and investments.
• Run credit reports and collect KYC information.
• Monitor delinquency and repossession activity with other teams.
• Provide written recommendations and alternate structures for loan approvals.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts; manage special projects as needed.
