Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in portfolio or relationship management in commercial banking or equipment finance.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite quality and manage portfolio credit risk with the Equipment Finance team.
• Use Moody's spreading software to analyze financial statements.
• Apply the bank's risk rating model to assess credit risk.
• Prepare credit approval documents and present findings to stakeholders.
• Assess primary risks and discuss mitigants for credit extensions.
• Collaborate with Equipment Finance Sales Executives and Regional Credit Officers.
