Job summary

Cardiff, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for the Equipment Finance Division to drive the transition from marketing qualified leads to funded deals. You will own the full sales cycle, collaborating with underwriting and operations to move files to funded status.

This role is fully remote (U.S.-based) with inbound, marketing-generated leads, no cold calls. The compensation includes a $66,000 base salary, uncapped commissions, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Equipment Finance experience.
• Experience in Equipment Financing, small business lending, or financial services preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of consistent close rates and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Contact marketing qualified applicants promptly and present multiple options for equipment financing.
• Effectively communicate value, address objections, and close the funding
• Gather all required stipulations and manage every condition needed to reach funded status
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and file disposition in Salesforce
• When a funded client falls into default, serve as the primary point of contact to communicate with the client and work toward restoring the account to good standing
