Qualifications

• Proven program or project management experience on large-scale technology implementations or business transformations.
• Natural organizer who creates clarity where there is noise; keeps plans current.
• Strong written and verbal communication; tailors messages for leadership and delivery teams.
• Experience in business process analysis and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, milestone tracking, and delivery status for assigned APEX workstreams.
• Maintain accurate schedules and flag schedule risk before slips.
• Track cross-functional dependencies across Business, IT, and vendor workstreams; surface conflicts early.
• Prepare weekly and milestone-based status updates for leadership and delivery teams; build executive dashboards.
• Facilitate workstream meetings, track actions, and ensure follow-through.
• Support change control processes and governance documentation.
