Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Senior ERP Data Analyst – Data Migration to lead end-to-end Epicor data migrations across sites. You will perform data profiling, cleansing, mapping, loading, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accurate, auditable migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IS/CS/Engineering/Finance.
• 5+ years ERP implementation experience with data migration/conversion workstreams.
• Advanced SQL skills with ETL, data warehousing, and profiling experience.
• Experience in full-cycle ERP go-live and stabilization.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and financial data structures.
• SOX/ITGC compliance experience, audit docs, conversion evidence.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data validation abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for cutover activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end data migration for Epicor deployments including profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, loading, validation and reconciliation.
• Build and maintain reusable migration tools, templates, and automated validation for global ERP deployments.
• Convert master data: item masters, BOMs, routings, resources, suppliers, customers, pricing and revisions.
• Migrate transactional and financial data: inventory, open orders, WIP, AR/AP balances, GL opening balances.
• Conduct mock conversions, validation testing, defect analysis, and reconciliation before go-live.
• Produce audit-ready migration docs, reconciliation packages, load logs, and acceptance evidence.
• Support cutover activities: final data loads, load sequencing, legacy freeze, post-go-live hypercare.
• Partner with business stakeholders to drive data cleansing and monitor readiness milestones.
• Collaborate with Technical Operations on environments, staging DBs, data loads and performance.
• Develop automated ELT/ETL solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Contribute to post-go-live data governance, data quality monitoring and stewardship.
