Job summary

CTG in the United States is seeking an Epic Testing Coordinator/Architect for Ambulatory Applications. This remote role supports community-based healthcare programs and oversees testing across Epic Ambulatory, PB, Dorothy, Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, and more.

The role leads test strategy, script development, regression/integrated testing, defect management, and governance to ensure Epic solutions meet regulatory and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare IT, Epic, quality assurance, testing, or application support experience.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating large-scale testing efforts in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) environment.
• Experience participating in multiple Epic implementation or optimization projects, as the testing lead.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern testing strategy, plans, and governance processes.
• Lead creation and maintenance of workflow-based test scenarios and scripts.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing across Epic apps and third-party systems.
• Manage defect lifecycle, triage, and resolution tracking.
• Coordinate testing for county and community program workflows.
• Produce testing dashboards and risk logs, escalate risks as needed.
