Job summary

Chartis is seeking a Solution Architect for Revenue Cycle Transformation with Epic mid-cycle experience. You will lead large-scale, technology-enabled initiatives, guiding clients from vision through execution to measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep Epic mid-cycle expertise, charge capture and Charge Router skills, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans for cross-functional teams. Remote work is allowed with travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, technology-enabled healthcare initiatives (e.g., Epic, automation, AI).
• Hands-on experience in charge capture and Charge Router.
• Experience across mid-cycle and revenue integrity workflows (CDI, CDM management).
• Epic certification in a relevant revenue cycle module is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transformation Engagements across revenue cycle programs.
• Architect scalable Epic mid-cycle workflows and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Advise and influence executive and operational stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and change management to sustain transformation.
• Develop and mentor multidisciplinary teams for high performance.
