Mayo Clinic is hiring a Solution Architect for Revenue Cycle with deep Epic front-end expertise. You will shape frontend patient access solutions, collaborate across teams, and drive strategic design and release planning to streamline the patient journey.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, vendor evaluation, AI/automation awareness, and alignment with enterprise roadmaps. This is a 100% remote position, with Mayo Clinic sites nationwide, including Rochester, MN.

Qualifications

• Three Epic certifications with at least one related to Patient Access/Front-end Revenue Cycle.
• Experience collaborating with MyChart or portal teams to advance digital patient experience.
• Ability to map end-to-end workflows across teams, systems and processes.
• Data-driven, root-cause problem solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to capture problems and desired outcomes.
• Evaluate feasibility and recommend best path forward with aligned feature capabilities.
• Shape what and why of solutions across Epic and other systems.
• Facilitate technical committees and gain institutional approvals.
