Chartis is seeking an Engagement Manager, Analytics & Insights, Revenue Cycle to lead data-driven transformation initiatives for healthcare provider clients. You will manage multiple concurrent engagements, structure workplans, and partner with client executives to turn insights into practical improvements across the revenue cycle.

The role requires 8+ years in healthcare consulting or operations, deep revenue cycle knowledge (patient access, coding, billing, denials), and fluency with Epic

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of provider-side revenue cycle functions (patient access, coding, billing, denials).
• Experience leading projects end-to-end across multiple engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational and financial improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle engagements from problem definition through execution and value realization.
• Manage analytics needs across the project pipeline, ensuring alignment with engagement goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and executives.
• Translate complex challenges into structured workplans and actionable solutions.
• Oversee data quality, validation, and analytics outputs across streams.
