Job summary

Chartis Group is seeking a senior leader to drive Digital & Technology Transformation initiatives in US healthcare. This contract role spans 3-4 months with possible extension, focusing on Revenue Cycle technology and enterprise platforms.

You will partner with executive leaders across Revenue Cycle, Finance, and IT to guide large-scale transformations and implementations, including Epic modules.

Remote work is allowed, with potential collaboration across our national client network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare IT or Revenue Cycle.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and complex initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle processes in hospital and professional billing.
• Experience leading Epic or major enterprise Revenue Cycle platforms.
• Experience partnering with senior executives in Revenue Cycle, Finance, IT.
• Experience leading complex application implementations or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data, interfaces, workflows, and system dependencies.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex health system environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Revenue Cycle transformation programs.
• Partner with senior Revenue Cycle, Finance, and IT executives.
• Oversee enterprise-scale Epic or other major Revenue Cycle implementations.
• Drive optimization initiatives across healthcare IT projects.
