Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a highly experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to assess and optimize a heavily customized PB environment and guide it toward standardized workflows and best practices. The candidate will lead a back-to-foundation initiative, evaluate current-state builds, and partner with revenue cycle leaders to simplify and modernize Epic configurations.

The ideal Sr. Consultant/Lead Analyst will possess extensive Resolute PB build experience, strong charge capture

Qualifications

• Epic Resolute PB Certification is required.
• 5+ years of Epic Professional Billing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Resolute PB, Charge Capture, CPT configuration, and billing workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess current Epic PB configuration and workflows.
• Review historical customizations and recommend standardized PB solutions.
• Lead Back to Foundation to reduce complexity and align with current needs.
• Evaluate charge capture, CPT use, reason-for-visit workflows, and billing-related build.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify workflow gaps and enhancements.
• Support redesign of registration and billing workflows to align with best practices.
• Perform PB build, configuration, testing, validation, and implementation.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows and decisions.
• Participate in testing and go-live support as needed.
• Provide recommendations for workflow optimization and long-term maintenance.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle teams and other Epic modules as needed.
