Job summary

ProMedica is seeking an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Analyst to design, implement and support Epic software across health information management systems. You will mentor junior IT EMR staff and work with operational teams to ensure robust testing, QA, and documentation during upgrades.

You will train IT personnel and end-users, coordinating with the training team on new functions and system changes. The role emphasizes collaboration, clinical workflow understanding, and ongoing Epic

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Must achieve Epic certification in primary application within 90 days of completing the first Epic class. Obtaining and maintenance of Epic Certification in the primary application will be mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and support Epic Resolute Professional Billing applications.
• Collaborate with operational teams across ProMedica and mentor junior IT EMR staff.
• Plan implementation and upgrade clinical systems with testing, QA and documentation.
• Train IT staff and advise end-users on system operations; inform trainers of new functions.
