Job summary

ProMedica is seeking an IT Epic Analyst II to design, implement, maintain and support Epic applications across the health system. You will mentor junior EMR staff and coordinate with operational teams across ProMedica while ensuring rigorous testing and documentation.

Responsibilities include planning upgrades, training IT staff and advising end-users on system changes. This remote Ohio role requires Epic certification within 90 days of class completion and a strong clinical IT background.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Must achieve Epic certification in primary application within 90 days of completing the first Epic class.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and support Epic software applications.
• Mentor less experienced IT EMR staff.
• Plan implementation and upgrade clinical systems with testing and QA.
• Train IT employees and advise end-users on system operation.
