Job summary

ProMedica, a mission-driven health system, seeks an IT Epic Analyst II to design, implement, maintain, and support non-clinical Epic software applications. You will mentor IT EMR staff and collaborate with operational teams.

You will plan implementations and upgrades, ensure testing, QA, and proper documentation. You will train IT employees and inform trainers of new functions and system changes. The role allows remote work with state-specific employment restrictions.

Qualifications

• Requires 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Must achieve Epic certification in primary application within 90 days of completing the first Epic class.
• Obtaining and maintenance of Epic Certification will be mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and support assigned non-clinical Epic software applications.
• Mentor less experienced IT EMR staff across ProMedica.
• Plan implementation and upgrade of clinical systems with testing and QA.
