Job summary

Healthcare IT Leaders, LLC seeks an Epic Radiant and Cupid analyst for a fully remote 6+ month staff augmentation role. The incumbent will configure, build, and maintain workflows to support radiology and cardiology operations, provide ongoing support, and drive system improvements.

You will collaborate with clinical and technical teams, participate in upgrades, and document configurations while training users.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience as an Epic Radiant and Cupid analyst.
Epic certification in Radiant.
Working knowledge of radiology and cardiology clinical workflows.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ticketing and change control processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, technical, and project teams.

Responsibilities

Configure, build, and maintain Epic Radiant and Cupid workflows to support clinical and operational needs.
Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution.
Collaborate with radiology, cardiology, and operations to translate requirements into system solutions.
Design, test, and validate build changes before production migration.
Participate in upgrades, release testing, and change management activities.
Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
Train end users and provide ongoing system education.
