Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Claims Analyst for a fully remote contract role in the United States. You will support and optimize PB claims operations, including end-to-end claims lifecycle management and remittance processing, across a multi-site health system.

You will configure, maintain, and enhance Epic Resolute PB Claims and PB Administration, manage claim edits to reduce denials, and ensure accurate reconciliation and timely reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Resolute PB claims lifecycle and administration.
• Strong understanding of professional and hospital billing claims workflows.
• Experience with remittance processing and claim edits to reduce denials.
• Ability to test and validate Epic changes related to claims and revenue cycle workflows.
• Experience providing production support for Epic Resolute PB Claims.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize Epic Resolute PB claims operations across multi-site health system.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Epic Resolute PB Claims and PB Administration workflows.
• Manage and refine professional billing claim edits to reduce errors and denials.
• Build and maintain remittance workqueues and electronic remittance processing.
• Monitor hospital and professional billing claims and remittance processes for alignment across functions.
• Oversee payer status queries, RMO mapping, and CARC/RARC implementation.
• Perform claims reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and support financial integrity.
• Conduct integrated testing for Epic Resolute PB changes and upgrades.
