Job summary

ClinDCast LLC is seeking an experienced Epic Resolute PB Claims Analyst for a 12-month fully remote contract in the United States. The role focuses on claims processing, billing workflows, configuration, testing, and production support.

You will configure Resolute PB workflows, troubleshoot denials, support billing processes, and collaborate with revenue cycle teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Epic Resolute PB.
• Strong knowledge of professional billing and claims workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting claim rejections, denials, and billing errors.
• Experience with Epic configuration, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Active Epic Resolute PB certification preferred/required, based on client needs.
