Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of analyst experience.
• Current Epic certifications: MyChart and/or Cheers; Hello World (two or more).
• Work history in Healthcare IT required.
• Experience with system application build.
• Strong understanding of patient experience workflows, analytics, and technology.
• Experience building system application packages and moving through environments.
• Excellent communication with end users and technical teams.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability and data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, self-motivated and solution oriented.
