Nordic is seeking a Senior Consultant - Epic HIM Analyst to deliver platform-specific services, leveraging technical and leadership skills to meet client goals.

The role requires Epic experience (2+ years) and at least one active Epic certification, with frequent travel and remote/onsite work options. Successful candidates will guide project teams and drive client satisfaction through excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 2 years of Epic experience.
• At least 1 current Epic certification (Resolute PB, Resolute HB, PB Claims, HB Claims, HIM, Tapestry, etc.).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform professional services for Nordic and client, aligning with expectations.
• Evaluate current-system processes and configure workflows based on best practices.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide project management and leadership services.
• Mentor Nordic teammates and collaborate with project teams.
• Lead meetings on project status and coordinate work products.
• Document progress, issues, and escalations per requirements.
