The ideal candidate will have Grand Central certification, hands-on bed charge build, and demonstrated charge testing experience, enabling accurate revenue capture and efficient system validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Epic Grand Central functionality.
• Support bed charge build activities and related workflow optimization.

• Analyze issues, troubleshoot defects, and implement solutions within the Grand Central application.
• Collaborate with operational, revenue cycle, and clinical stakeholders to validate charge workflows and system functionality.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancement projects, and testing activities.
• Ensure system build aligns with organizational standards and Epic best practices.
