Job summary

Emplify Health, in partnership with Gundersen Health System, seeks an experienced Application Analyst - Epic Grand Central (ADT) to optimize scheduling and patient access workflows. You will work with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure reliable scheduling and a superior patient experience.

The ideal candidate holds Epic Grand Central certification, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and a degree in a related field; remote options exist for WI, MN, IA residents with occasional on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Epic Grand Central certification is required upon hire.
• Strong analytical and problem solving experience.
• Understanding of scheduling, registration, and patient access workflows.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance.
• Monitors applications during maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
• Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity.
• Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations.
