Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Trainer EPIC EHR Principal to lead end-user training for Epic modules in a fully remote role across the United States.

The position focuses on designing and validating training materials to improve patient experience by educating staff on Epic EMR workflows. The ideal candidate will have Epic Applications experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and experience supervising credentialed trainers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Epic Applications (2 years) experience.
• Epic Certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience (2 years).
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements end-user training for Epic modules.
• Collaborates with Epic Application Analysts on workflow design and system builds.
• Creates and maintains course materials and documentation for education.
• Leads Credentialed Trainers and coordinates training programs.
• May facilitate classroom training and provide trainer support.
