Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis seeks a Training Specialist to design, validate, and deliver Epic training programs for end users across assigned modules.

You will develop content, coordinate the Specialist Training Specialist program, and collaborate with credentialed trainers to ensure high-quality education and adoption of the Epic EMR system. Your role emphasizes adult learning, documentation, and potential classroom facilitation, with a remote US-based schedule and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of Epic Applications experience.
• Strong training and education development skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement end-user training programs for assigned Epic modules.
• Participate in workflow design and system build sessions to identify training needs.
• Create and maintain course materials and documentation for education.
• Update training content based on feedback and needs.
• May facilitate classroom training.
