Job summary

Adventist Health Roseville is seeking an Epic-Certified EHR Systems Analyst III for a full-time, day-shift position with primarily remote work and travel up to 25% as required. Five years of Epic Ambulatory experience and Epic certification are required, with Bones or Wisdom preferred.

The role leads the design, implementation, and support of hospital information systems, collaborating with IT, clinical teams, and project stakeholders to optimize workflow and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Five years' healthcare IT application/technical experience: Required
• Five years' applicable Epic application experience: Required

Responsibilities

• Serves as a senior team member, leads design, build and testing of Epic documentation solutions.
• Leads user group meetings, designs, tests, debugs and maintains programs/applications.
• Implements solutions, communicates to end users and tracks resolution; maintains SLAs.
• Provides training materials and formal/informal training; mentors support groups.
• Travel up to 25% for go-live events and on-site support as needed.
