Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst II to join our Epic Ambulatory team. The role focuses on builds, testing, validation, maintenance and ongoing support of the Epic Ambulatory module, with remote work options.

Candidate must hold Epic Ambulatory certification with 3 years of Epic Ambulatory Analyst experience, and will engage in upgrade projects, enhancements, and break/fix tasks while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3 years of progressive healthcare operational experience or 5 years with no degree.
• Epic Ambulatory certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Working knowledge in assigned operational department areas.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, maintain and support the Epic Ambulatory module.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve goals.
• Provide system education and expert support for end users.
• Lead routine meetings with department heads to capture and prioritize needs.
• Provide documentation, release notes, and testing plans for changes and upgrades.
