Orlando Health in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Epic Products Analyst, Lead to provide advanced Epic configuration and support across the software development life cycle. You will design, implement, test, and maintain complex configurations to meet clinical and business needs.

The role requires Epic certification and at least five years of Epic configuration experience, with strong collaboration across IT, clinical operations, and vendors to ensure data integrity and optimal system

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a life science/healthcare IT field or informatics.
  • Epic certification in the primary build application is required and must be maintained.
  • Minimum five years of configuration experience with Epic software.

Responsibilities

  • Leads configuration for growth projects and new entity integrations.
  • Reviews end-user performance, tracks issues, and suggests enhancements.
  • Oversees workflow analysis, data collection, reporting, and issue investigation.
  • Coordinates changes, content governance, and software releases.
  • Provides remote end-user support and participates in on-call rotations.
