Qualifications

Epic certification in the primary build application is required and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

Leads configuration for growth projects and new entity integrations.
Reviews end-user performance, tracks issues, and suggests enhancements.
Oversees workflow analysis, data collection, reporting, and issue investigation.
Coordinates changes, content governance, and software releases.
Provides remote end-user support and participates in on-call rotations.
