Job summary
ClinDCast LLC is seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Analyst to support Cupid workflows, configuration, testing, optimization, and production support for cardiology applications.
The role requires hands-on experience with Epic Cupid and cardiology workflows, plus the ability to gather requirements, configure and maintain Cupid, and collaborate with clinical and IT teams. This is a remote position, ideal for candidates in the United States.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Epic Cupid and cardiology workflows.
- Configure, maintain, test, and support Cupid functionality.
- Gather requirements and translate clinical and business needs into Epic solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with cardiology users, Epic application teams, and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with Epic Cupid and cardiology workflows.
- Configure, maintain, test, and support Cupid functionality.
- Gather requirements and translate clinical and business needs into Epic solutions.
- Support cardiology workflows including procedures, scheduling, documentation, and results.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with cardiology users, Epic application teams, and technical teams.
- Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, and go-live activities.
- Maintain application documentation and workflow specifications.
