Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Contract Management Technician to support contract management for health system clients. This remote role requires Epic Contract Management certification (RHB390 or RPB390) and at least 2 years of experience, with travel to client sites as needed.

You will load and validate contracts, assist with reimbursements, monitor updates, and collaborate with the team to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payer reimbursement experience with Epic certification.
• Knowledge of managed care contracts and reimbursement processes.
• Ability to interpret contract terms and related financial implications.

Responsibilities

• Support contract loading and validation in Epic for client hosts.
• Balance files and maintain contract management system daily.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address inquiries.
• Assist in updating reimbursement rules and language in contracts.
• Identify payment variances and escalate to underpayments team as needed.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing to peers.
