Children's Health in Texas is seeking a Managed Care Contract Analyst to support the administration, configuration, testing, validation, implementation, and maintenance of managed care reimbursement contracts within Epic Professional Billing. Your work spans contract interpretation, build preparation, testing, reconciliation, and performance monitoring.

In this role you will analyze data, model contracts, and develop reimbursement methodologies to identify revenue opportunities while supporting

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial analysis, data mining, advanced Excel and reporting.
• 3+ years with hospital/provider billing systems; EPIC preferred.
• Healthcare contract modeling experience required or preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; EPIC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic PB/HB reimbursement contract configuration, testing, validation, implementation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Review payer agreements and fee schedules for Epic PB requirements; validate interpretation with Senior Analysts.
• Prepare contract build specifications, supporting schedules, test scenarios, implementation records, and audit-ready documentation.
• Configure and maintain assigned Epic PB/HB contracts, fee schedules, payment logic, payer rules, and related tables within approved scope.
• Perform claim-level testing and reconciliation to confirm Epic expected reimbursement aligns with approved contract terms.
