Job summary

Emplify Health by Bellin seeks an experienced Application Analyst specializing in Epic Contracts to support contract modeling, reimbursement configuration, and variance workflows across Revenue Cycle, Payer Relations, Finance, and IT teams.

The role requires knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and Epic Resolute Contract Management functionality, with emphasis on accurate reimbursement calculations and contract integrity across hospital and professional billing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent years of experience
• At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Epic Resolute PB or HB Billing Claims certification preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and payer contracts
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and commercial payer structures
• Ability to interpret complex contractual language and translate to system configuration
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Interpret and build Epic HB and PB contracts across Commercial, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid
• Collect, build, and maintain third-party and government payer Expected Reimbursement contracts
• Maintain contract builds and resolve build errors in a timely manner
• Develop Epic contract maintenance processes for accurate updates
• Document contract build status and related work queues
• Complete Epic contract modeling extracts for negotiations
• Serve as primary Epic/IT resource for Contract Management and variance workflows
• Interpret contracts to build logic in Epic Resolute for accurate reimbursement calculations
• Conduct testing to validate contract build maintenance and updates
