Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is a college/university degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Experience supporting Epic Resolute Professional Billing or similar revenue cycle apps preferred.
• Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration certification or accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Epic Resolute Professional Billing components under supervision.
• Assist with testing, configuration updates, and workflow improvements.
• Provide day-to-day support for charge review, claim edits, and scheduling workflows affecting billing.
• Document results, aid in IT change control, and ensure proper review channels.
