Job summary

Software Technology Inc. seeks an experienced Epic BI Developer (Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle) for a remote, long-term role. You will translate business needs into Epic reports, dashboards, and analytics, partnering with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

Required are multiple Epic certifications and 5+ years SQL reporting experience, including Reporting Workbench, Cogito SQL, SlicerDicer, and Radar. Remote work and ongoing collaboration with end users are essential.

Qualifications

Epic certifications required: Cogito, Clarity, and at least one Epic data model certification.
2+ years with Epic Clarity and Caboodle data models.
5+ years developing SQL-based reporting and analytics solutions.
Advanced experience with Reporting Workbench, Cogito SQL, SlicerDicer and Radar.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into actionable Epic reporting and analytics.
Partner with stakeholders to analyze workflows and identify reporting opportunities.
Build and maintain report templates, dashboards, and self-service analytics in Epic.
Validate data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistency across reports.
