Role: Epic BI Developer(Cogito,Clarity,Caboodle)

Position: Remote

Duration: Long Term

Travel: Remote

Experienced Epic reporting analyst with deep expertise in Epic's reporting and analytics tools, including Reporting Workbench, Cogito SQL, SlicerDicer, and Radar. Strong understanding of Epic workflows and operational processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reporting, dashboards, metrics, and analytics solutions. Skilled at partnering with stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify reporting opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that support decision-making.

Requirements:

Epic certifications required:

• Cogito
• Clarity
• At least one Epic application data model certification (Clinical Data Model, Access Data Model, Revenue Data Model, or equivalent)
• 2+ years of experience working with Epic Clarity and Caboodle data models.
• 5+ years of experience developing SQL-based reporting and analytics solutions.
• Advanced experience with Reporting Workbench, Cogito SQL, SlicerDicer, and Radar.
• Experience building and maintaining report templates, criteria, columns, dashboards, scorecards, metrics, and self-service analytics solutions within Epic.
• Strong workflow analysis skills, with the ability to understand operational, clinical, and business processes and translate them into reporting requirements.
• Ability to evaluate reporting needs and determine the most appropriate Epic reporting solution, leveraging real-time and historical data sources as appropriate.
• Experience validating data, troubleshooting reporting issues, and ensuring consistency across reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Knowledge of Epic reporting security, user access, report distribution, and governance best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data quality.
• Ability to work directly with end users, operational leaders, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, define metrics, and deliver reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, including the ability to explain reporting logic, metric definitions, and analytic findings to diverse audiences.
• Ideal candidates will have demonstrated success designing and supporting reporting
