Job summary

Lee Health is seeking an Epic Advanced Business Intelligence Developer to support analytics across the Community Based Care portfolio. You will leverage Epic Clarity/Caboodle data models, SQL, and BI tools to craft reports, dashboards, and visualizations that empower leaders with data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with business and IT to tackle analytic challenges, present findings to stakeholders, and independently manage projects ensuring accurate, actionable data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required.
• Master's degree in Data Science or Advanced Analytics preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare IT, analytics, software development or data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations from Epic, Infor, and other systems.
• Apply advanced analytics to identify trends and insights to improve performance.
• Serve as SME in Epic data structures and BI development.
• Manage project timelines, data integrity, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to translate analytics needs into solutions.
