The UHealth-University of Miami Health System IT Department has an opportunity for a full-time Epic Analyst - Professional Billing.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as a support contact for application end-users, identify issues, and resolve them.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain the application.
- Support all phases of testing and document workflow design.
- Analyze information technology in clinical work processes and validate impacts.
- Provide day-to-day application support, evaluate and resolve service tickets, implement changes, and retrieve data.
- Collaborate with trainers on application changes and develop documentation and training strategies.
- Assist with analyzing the impact of information technology in clinical workflows.
- Participate in on-call rotations and support.
- Attend and participate in committees.
- Maintain communication with team members and participate in project meetings.
- Review project status with leadership.
- Learn about UHealth’s policies, procedures, and operations.
- Adhere to policies and safeguard assets.
Department Specific Functions:
- Understanding of revenue cycle management or billing operations experience.
- Travel during go-lives, conferences, and meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Dependability and ownership of work.
- Critical thinking abilities.

Core Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Resolute Professional Billing and Single Billing Office.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

- Leadership and training abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
