Sentara Health in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. The position involves supporting and optimizing Epic Healthy Planet workflows, collaborating with care managers and informatics teams to implement scalable solutions, and contributing to test plans and incident handling.

Experience with Compass Rose programs and related Epic modules is preferred.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet certification is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree required.
• Experience building with Epic modules such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer.
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet workflows.
• Develop test plans and coordinate incident coverage and enhancement requests.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across care continuum and external partners.
• Support quarterly Epic update processes and adherence to best practices.
