Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst specializing in the Healthy Planet module to support the Epic Healthy Planet application across the organization. The role focuses on Risk Adjustment/HCC and Compass Rose, with emphasis on a combination of technical build, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates will hold Healthy Planet and Ambulatory certifications and bring experience with Epic security, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering or related field.
• Epic certification in Healthy Planet and Ambulatory required.
• Experience with risk adjustment/HCC and Compass Rose builds.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, maintain and support Epic Healthy Planet.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve goals.
• Represent the Emory Digital team and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
• Mentor other analysts in methods and processes.
• Manage complex projects independently.
• Partner with service lines, departments and coworkers.
• Provide Epic and related support, file maintenance and builds for updates.
• Assist with Epic Security assignments and maintenance where appropriate.
• Provide on-call coverage as scheduled.
• Deliver project management with some oversight.
• Adhere to IS project management protocols and document thoroughly.
• Stay current on Epic version training and certifications.
