Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking an Epic Analyst II-HIM/Identity to join our IT team in a 100% remote role. Under general supervision, you will gather and analyze data, support Epic implementations, and tailor applications to meet clinical and business needs, aligning with our core values.

The position requires 3 years of Epic experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and Epic certification or eligibility within six months.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field is required.
• 3 years of Epic Application Analyst or related experience is required.
• Epic certification or accreditation in designated functionality module(s) is required or must be obtained within six months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing data and roll-out of Epic and related IT systems.
• Assist ministries in optimizing workflows by building tailored applications.
