Job summary

Divurgent is seeking a senior Epic AI Execution Specialist to lead adoption of AI capabilities within the Epic ecosystem. This hybrid leadership role blends program management, project delivery, strategic advisory, and analytics to translate AI opportunities into scalable healthcare solutions.

You will engage senior leaders, drive end‑to‑end adoption, and shape ROI through value realization metrics while advancing an AI‑native culture across clinical, operational, and financial domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Epic experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role (PM/Strategy Lead/Lead Analyst).
• Three Epic certifications within the past 10 years.
• Deep expertise in Epic data models and workflows.
• Healthcare operations across clinical and revenue cycle domains.
• AI and large language models (LLMs) expertise.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Experience building business cases and driving organizational change.
• Familiarity with Epic AI initiatives (ambient documentation).

Responsibilities
