Job summary

Qualified Health is redefining AI in healthcare by building Epic‑forward deployments that bring AI clinical workflows into real Epic environments. You will be embedded with health system client teams, designing, configuring, and validating integration pathways that translate clinical workflows into actionable Epic interfaces.

This hands-on, client‑facing role requires deep Epic experience, strong communications, and the ability to drive end‑to‑end solutions with clinicians, IT, and product teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Epic implementation consulting, health system IT integration, or SMART on FHIR app development.
• Direct experience with at least one Epic module (Bridges, Ambulatory, ClinDoc, MyChart, Orders, BPAs).
• Able to design solutions in front of clients and explain interfaces to technical and clinical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of HL7 v2 and FHIR R4 concepts and data flows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for interface specs and requirements sessions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site or embedded technical resource for 1–2 health system clients.
• Lead Epic workflow discovery sessions and map current state clinical workflows.
• Design end-to-end integration specs for Epic interfaces and endpoints.
• Coordinate with client Epic teams to drive interface builds on the client side.
• Own end-to-end testing and validation from QH platform to point of care.
