Qualified Health is building a team of Epic Forward Deployed Engineers—individuals who have lived inside health systems or Epic implementation environments and understand, from the inside, how clinical workflows get built, how Epic interfaces actually work, and what it takes to get a new tool adopted at the point of care. As an Epic Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be embedded at our health system client sites, working directly with their Epic teams, clinical informatics leads, and operational stakeholders to design, configure, and validate the integration pathways that bring QH’s AI clinical workflows to life inside Epic. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing, solution‑design role—not a back‑office engineering position.
The Epic Forward Deployed Engineer is where AI meets clinical reality. Every integration you design and validate is the difference between an AI insight that sits in a database and one that changes a treatment decision for a real patient. As QH scales across health systems, this team will define the integration playbook that powers the company’s growth. Strong performers in this role grow into senior or principal FDE positions, integration architecture leads, or client success leadership roles as the organization matures.
