Job summary

Renewyx is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead EPC projects from engineering design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Remote work available with preference for Midwest-based candidates in the US.

The role requires ground-up substation construction experience up to 345kV, strong schedule and budget management, and proven client liaison skills to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing utility-scale EPC projects with ground-up substation construction.
• Experience with utility-scale solar, BESS, or data center projects a plus.
• Hands-on HV electrical experience at utility scale (145kV+).
• Lead EPC lifecycle from engineering through closeout.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership.
• Proven contract administration and invoicing experience.
• Primary client liaison on large, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proficient with Procore and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC projects from design through closeout.
• Develop detailed schedules, budgets, resource plans.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, regulators.
• Conduct regular site visits and remote project management.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
