TransTech Energy, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities for EPC projects, coordinating with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and commissioning teams. The role emphasizes safety, schedule, and budget adherence across remote sites.

This remote position operates at active construction sites with 100% travel each month, requiring strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• 8 years of construction project experience including a minimum of 2 years onsite construction management experience.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with plans and specs.
• Reach substantial project completion and create a punch list.
• Track site equipment rental and related monthly costs.
• Execute mobilization and demobilization of jobsite.
• Maintain site cleanliness during construction and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to meet project milestones.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules and allocate resources.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
