Job summary

TransTech Energy, LLC seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities at active projects and coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and commissioning teams.

This remote role is based at active construction sites with 100% travel monthly and requires 8+ years in construction, OSHA knowledge, and strong communication to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8 years of construction project experience with at least 2 years onsite management.
• Valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• Working knowledge of OSHA Part 1926 and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to align with plans.
• Reach substantial and final completion and create punch lists.
• Track equipment rental and related monthly costs.
• Mobilize and demobilize job sites effectively.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and daily JSAs.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules and allocate resources.
