Job summary

ENERGYneering Solutions (ESI) is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site construction at active projects. This remote role is based at sites with 100% travel each month, ensuring EPC project execution on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with PMs, engineers, subcontractors, and commissioning teams, driving safety, quality, and process improvements. The ideal candidate has extensive field leadership, a strong safety focus, and the ability to communicate with diverse

Qualifications

• 8 years of construction project experience, including on-site management.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of residence.
• Working knowledge of site hazard assessment.
• Knowledge of OSHA Part 1926 safety regulations.
• Proficient withMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to align with plans.
• Reach substantial/final completion and create a punch list.
• Track site equipment rental costs and monthly budgets.
• Mobilize and demobilize the jobsite efficiently.
• Maintain a clean site and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules with milestones.
• Monitor weather impact and adjust plans accordingly.
• Communicate across cross-functional teams and document progress.
