Xpandium Coberon Ltd is seeking an exceptional sales professional to join our team supporting startups entering international markets. This is a 100% remote opportunity with flexible full-time or part-time options.

You will focus on building a pipeline, engaging C-Level executives, and closing deals while meeting ambitious monthly and quarterly targets. Fluent English and Hebrew are required; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling EOR and/or recruitment services to startups.
• Or full-cycle agency recruiter for US/Europe with outbound calls in Medtech or Enterprise Software.
• Proven track record of developing new clients in a greenfield territory.
• Ability to build relationships with C-level executives.
• Fluent English and Hebrew; additional European languages are a plus.
• 100% remote; role can be full-time or part-time.

Responsabilités

• Outreach to targeted accounts and develop plans to win new business.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline through calls, outreach, and stakeholder mapping.
• Build a pipeline of deals and close them with C-Level decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data.
